Honestly, my dermatologist said that at home hair removal lasers can be a little harmful for indian skin. Because laser targets the melanin in hair follicles and since most of the Indians have a significant amount of melanin in their skin so it might cause burns. But again results differ from person to person. Just remember before trying an at home hair removal laser, you don't have a significant tan, try getting a tanning treatment before hand otherwise chances are you might burn your skin. Hope this helps. Other than this you can try asking a dermatologist before you try it for some tips which who'll suit your skin
