Poor boy,i know how hard it is for the family as well because my 13 year old nephew had a seizure like that to but he's lasted for about 10 minutes and then he fell straight to sleep afterwards as well.so I 100 support you because I know how hard it is to see someone in your family that you care about in so much pain god bless to you and your son i hope the drug start working soon

I have had seizure on Christmas day and ended up in emergency hospital for awhile so I missed half of the day then went home

I remember that day that I got asystole 8 months ago that my worst day without the guy who performed cpr to save my life without that cpr hero I was passing away.

Winter is really not a good time for epileptic patients. Most cases happen because of cold. And when he's about to have this seizure, put a handkerchief in his mouth for safety. Otherwise he might hurt his tongue. Take care

The last one my wife had lasted over 20 minutes.... very scary as they seem to be lasting longer as she gets older she definitively sleeps for a few hours after also!

you may need to give him the medication when the seizure starts. not when the eyes have deviated. then it's hard to stop it as the whole brain is involved

I don’t have seizures often but when I do I have this emergency medicine fluid that they shoot into my mouth with a syringe kinda like what they did in this video we’ve only had to use it once but man it taste bitter af

Do you have a oxygen tank and oxygen meter and a heart ♥ monitor and defibrillator to shock the heart to bring him back in regular rhythm

I have epilepsy as well. Mine are a lot more violent. I had 2 black eyes, 4 front teeth broken, bruises all over, an injured nose and my head hit the floor. The doctor told my mother that if it last over 5 minutes to call 911 immediately so I was a bit surprised that you all waited 10 minutes. Maybe because mine are violent? I don’t mean to criticize, I’m just curious.

I have anxiety and panic attacks panic disorder and flashbacks PTSD because of my past and I have four panic attacks or two everyday at school and thoughts of self harm

Did the EEG show what type of Epilepsy? Is that Midazolam you’re giving him? What medicines is he taking? I take Keppra, and I take Clobazam on top for when it gets really baf

Lucas seizures last longer then mine, but it’s possible he had a second one straight afterwards. My last seizure was in February this year. I hope they find the right medication to lessen the seizures.

I think this is a partial complex seizure it's my theory so if I'm wrong but I hope you stay strong

he actually swallow his own tooth that make him seeing an aura in 12 hour, that aura suppose to be asked by viewer not to challenge it eye stare contest especially angry (try to) to him. the seizure after meet it actually might an traumatic experience but there certain thing suppose they do as a advisor or phycology but they reject and it trigger their trauma ,be cause fear get scold or killed by a stranger that why reject it. i not sure they hear it from him. it make them shall not near many people for avoiding stress and depressed people. if they near it the seizure will active ,but it will be gone if they manage to forget that black ghost encounter.

My baby has seizures. We have tried medication after medication it’s so hard.

What if someone had seizure went off the ground with eyes opened but not shaking? anyone got same type here?

My son suffers from grand mal seizures. They come in clusters. We have Madazolam for his rescue med.. Given nasally. I would think giving orally could be dangerous, because they could choke. At least he wasn't full on conclusions at the time she gave him the rescue med. Poor kiddo. I wouldn't wish this on any family in the world.

I was 13 and almost killed in a very serious accident from that I broke my femur and ended up with epilepsy I had Petit Mal epilepsy I'm not sure if I still have it though that was January 6, 1987 so it's been almost 35 years at first the doctor had me on Dilantin and then Zarontin for me seizures
