I also have a RU-vid channel about my epilepsy. You are so right about them being hard to find. No one talks about it although it is such a hard thing to live with. I loved this video as it was so easy to relate to and made me feel normal for some of the things I go through. The part that really hit home was the part about writing notes, its a relieving feeling to know I am not the only one with issues remembering things due to epilepsy. Thanks Small and Strong!
This is super useful, thank you! Been debating getting a watch with fall/seizure detection and a warning band, so it's good to know it seems worth getting. Luckily, my seizures are controlled with medication, but it doesn't completely nullify the risk or fear if exposed to my triggers.
