WARNING: FLASHING LIGHTS AND SUDDEN AUDIO CHANGES; LONG DESCRIPTION
This is one of my favourite songs from the SIU album. Thank you so much for watching, and please read below for my interpretations/theories!
In terms of the line "わたしわしょおきにもどるんですか？", I interpreted "しょおき" as "正気" (shōki/sanity), but I found something interesting. Shōki (鍾馗) is a deity from China's Taoist pantheon who was often depicted in sculptures and paintings during the Edo-period of Japan. Shōki is the "protector against evil spirits and illness". This is just extra information, though, so take it as you wish!

Let's take a deeper dive into the song's meaning.
First of all, in the first 9 seconds of the video, we see a beautiful, light scene. The title reads "きのこをたべたおひめさま", which means "The Princess Who Ate a Mushroom", which begs the question; did she eat a magic mushroom? Given the song's title, Magical Doctor, and the video's psychedelic content, it's almost definite to say that she did. But wait! There's more! As one Japanese commenter (いい) pointed out, the time in this scene is 6:65, which... Obviously is not a real time. So what could this mean? A quick Google search of this number will bring you to this website (thesecretofthe.... Here is a quote from it.
"It’s an indicator that your life is about to be transformed. Are you ready for this? The angels want to you to get ready for our life to take a new, exciting turn. They want to send miraculous opportunities into your life. As such, you should ready yourself to take advantage of this. Angel number 665 is a sign of change. If this number keeps crossing your life, it means that you will experience some major changes in life. These changes will encompass your spiritual, personal, and professional life. These changes will enable you to grow as a person - regardless of whether the changes are positive or negative."
That's a lot of information to take in, so allow me to break it down a little. An indication that your life is "about to be transformed"? What could this transformation be? Well, in multiple studies and people's personal experiences with magic mushrooms, it has been found that magic mushrooms can have a positive, beautiful impact on people. For example, magic mushrooms can act as the treatment, or even the total cure, for depression, anxiety and other similar illnesses by resetting, or rebooting, the brain. Could this be the possible "disease" mentioned within the song? Or the "transformation" as signified in 665? Pay attention to this paragraph,
"These changes will encompass your spiritual, personal, and professional life. These changes will enable you to grow as a person - regardless of whether the changes are positive or negative."
When the clock changes, the time is of course 6:66. In Chapter 13 of The Book of Revelation, it reads, "Let the one with understanding reckon the meaning of the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. His number is 666.". This is why "666" is dubbed the "Devil's number". As opposed to mushrooms, and since addiction to magic mushrooms is rare, perhaps the princess was addicted to Christianity instead, or maybe even the Devil themself?
Another explanation could be that the "disease" the "princess" has is Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), which is why she's titled as a "princess" even though she can't become one (or isn't one). There's more that I could add, but this description is long enough. Thank you for watching!
