I dunno, I felt kind of annoyed by the fade in effect, since it 'delayed' the readability of the text meaning you couldn't sing along to it as easily. But I'm willing to accept that most people probably don't feel the urge to sing along to every song XD I do agree with you, that a LOT of lyrics videos feel the need to cram special effects, like text that slides in from different directions or things like that, which are just annoying as fuck. Whatever happened to just having plain old text on screen without any effects?

@@TheoneandonlyDrops Worse are when the text has a rainbow effect on it... or is set against a background that IS a rainbow effect. Or is set against a solid red background... All three effects burn the shit out of my eyes.

I don't think its absurd at all. The whole point is not to be sure about what you think is right, because in time you will have a chance to see things from the other side and even change your mind. What might be considered evil from one point of view, could be good considered good from another.

Still relevant, actually, EVEN MORE RELEVANT. I am surprised you haven't received hate on this comment yet like "people can listen to whatever they want stfu", like we get that, of course you can listen to whatever rap/pop you want, but we're just saying that this is amazing music too with amazing meaning.

@@gamewiki8592 some yes but a lot less common because of streaming services and pirating so the music industry has less money so they shit out content I most definitely don’t live in a vacuum. I’m as emo as they come and I still support many pop and rap artists. I even tell people my second favorite genre is folk music. Just because I like rock the most doesn’t mean I’ll shit on a pop artist for their choice of genre. They can still have deep meanings in their music. Native American traditional music and powwow music is my 3rd favorite. Emo people who crap on other genres aren’t true emos. But it doesn’t mean we won’t tell the truth. Many bands and artists agree the music industry isn’t getting paid enough and they know if they shit out random music they’ll get some amts of money.

Ok I'll be honest. It is a tribute and I knew that before I wrote the comment. I read it on Dying Scene.com and I think it was confirmed be either Greg or Brett (or both?). I can't even remember why I wrote the comment it seems kinda dumb, why would I do that!?
