Of all the demos this sounds like the best Epiphone to my ears. Clear sound with a lot of character.

Sad news Epiphone has discontinued the Custom Koa Les Paul after a 3 year Run [newer versions] already selling on Ebay up to $1,300 many said this was the best Les Paul available..once the stores have sold them all that will be it..

Ich hab in meine Häussels reingepackt und jetzt rockt sie sehr amtlich..

Ich habe mal beim T ein paar Epis ausprobiert. Die Custom stach wirklich vom Handling und vom akustischen Ton her aus den Standards und Co heraus. Sehr smoothes Spielgefühl und im Gegensatz zu den Stangen-Epis ein bisserl mehr Leben und Spirit in der Custom. Paulas sind nicht meine Baustelle, aber die hätte mich fast gekriegt. Ist sie mit Gibson PUs gleichwertig? Ziemlich würde ich sagen. Gibson hat halt Holz-mäßig den Real Deal.

There’s something about the Burstbuckers that doesn’t appeal to me. They don’t sound bad at all. It must be my ears.

It would be interesting to actually know what the significant differences are between this and the real thing apart from the name on the headstock?
