Epiphyllum Hookeri| From Purchase, To growth, To blooming Cycles (Timelapse) 

In March 2021, I purchased an Epiphyllum Hookeri plant. The Epiphyllum Hookeri variety is fast growers and has unique flowers with long pointed petals and a sweet scent. In this video, I’ll show you the plant's growth during the summer months and several blooming cycles, including time lapses.
Growth Tips and Conditions that I observed:
The plant started blooming when I put it in a spot that received partial shade during the day and evening sun. The minimum temperature was 75.
It grew faster than my other Epiphyllum (variety unknown) and Fish Bone Cactus.
During the late summer during blooming periods, I gave the plant ‘bloom boosting’ fertilizer (15-30-15 N-P-K ratio) every 2-4 weeks
Epiphyllums grow best in small containers. I never transplanted the plant, and it bloomed four times.
The last featured bloom may have resulted after a dry-out period. The plant dried out in the greenhouse (it looked thin and boney). A few weeks after I watered it, it bloomed five successful flowers (it produced about 15 buds but only 5 bloomed into flowers).
I’m still learning more about this plant and as of Spring 2022, I hope to learn more about it once it’s outside again. I would also love to pollinate the flowers and get small fruit from the Epiphyllum. Fingers crossed for 2022!
