With a new Collaboration event, we usually see a bunch of new players in the game and in the FFBE Global Facebook Group. I remember being excited about getting over 500 attack the first time and being proud of it. Chizuru and king were my first 2 over 500. This was 5 years ago... 20% boost to stats was the highest we had at the time. The game is way more involved with amazing gear now. Any att or mag unit with less than 5k is almost worthless in the game now.

Yeah dude - I was cleaning some old files and found a script for the original Gilgamesh trial guide I wrote…it was like “make sure you you have someone with 400 atk so that they are the highest attacker and will eat the punch every turn.” Lolz. Those were the days.

It's crazy I've been playing games for over 30 years now. An this game has some of the most confusing systems. I'm kind of blindly getting through it but like where to get non basic equipment how exactly to upgrade the units beyond max level. It just seems like you have to get lucky to summon the same character in order to awaken them further. An neovision units seem way stronger then everyone else. I'm gonna try and watch all your videos and see what's what.

Nv are way stronger, for sure. But using the resources we have to pick what you want ensures you a good way to take some of the randomness out. Choose wisely!

I post the beginner videos every Friday! Glad you like it, feel free to check out the whole series. I also put out videos on Tuesday that are designed to help you get ready for the events coming out each week, with an emphasis on using current units to clear old trials for items and abilities that may give you an edge on the weekly content.

hi sir, I'm just started to play the game this week, and I was wondered what content should i clear first in the game? just focus on the story or something? or the event mission as well?

Hey there! Always do time limited content as much as you can, but focus on the story as well to get lapis so you can summon more units. Time limited events often have gear/abilities as rewards that may help you as a new player so it’s important to do those while you can.
