I would love to see little Anna and grown Anna and little Elsa and grown Elsa to say what they have in common with their characters, and what do they have in common with each others, I really want to know what they're like in real life :)
Holy shit this is the cutest thing in the whole world 😍 why didn’t God give me a good voice so I could do my dream job 😩 Anyway, great job Jelani!! Love this blog already
OKAY so I saw frozen last weekend (crying because I wanna see it again) and I realized during this video that Noah J. Ricketts (who was an ensemble member when this was shot) was KRISTOFF at my show, so yess Noah good for you!
Cute, cute 😊 I love how much of the cast we got to see - everyone seems to be so passionate about what they're doing and it looks like they're all having a lot of fun. Frozen is slaying the game.
Omg I’ve been following Jelani ever since his casting was announced and I’m so happy he got a vlog!! It’s so inspirational as a young person of color to see leading roles filled with black people!! 💗
I saw Frozen 2 months ago, it was so good, I also got a tour of the theater... I didn't meet any cast members but I got to see backstage and go onto the stage and it was incredible!
i don't know if your allowed to say, but how did you go backstage. I'm wondering because i want to reach out to them, as I'm trying to make gifts for most of the cast when I see them.
I can't say names but... A friend of mine knew someone who works for the show, thats how I ended up going. Definitely waiting at the stage door is your best bet if you actually want to meet the cast and give them presents (which is so thoughtful).
Dear frozen cast and crew, I went to see frozen for my birthday (4/11)and ❄️ it was magical I love the new songs and sang to all songs I love. Last time A musical and show got me this emotional and affect my life was when I saw The lion king, wicked and Lady Gaga monster ball tour. The performance by Cassie Levy of Monster and let it go, empower me and boost my confidence at work also help with my depression and anxiety. I just sing/listen to those songs at work, in car, the shower and the gym, believe it or not those sing are great warm up and workout songs. And I feel free, relief, confidant again thank you. Also I want thank Patti Murin for sharing your story and let me know it’s ok be my corky weird self. And when you are having a bad day just breath and make sure to take care of yourself Jelani Alladin thanks for showing society that any one can play at character no matter your Black, White, Asian, etc. And really think you play amazing Kristoff your so talented and vocals your are so smooth especially when you sing Kristoff lullaby. And favorite line in the show is when you say “I left a lot ice” in what do you know about love, so sexy. Lastly I like give a shout-out to the whole cast and crew, the special effects were amazing. Also What do you know about love was so funny and another one of my favorite new songs and scenes in the show. I love Patti and Jelani as Anna and Kristoff so better than the movie. Also really love how the musical was more for adults and really show more into Elsa character too. But still keep it to message on story of love wins and empowering women. Thank you and I hope I can see the show again this summer ps congrats on the Tonys nominations. OMG I know who Zoe is! I met her at the stage door at a production of the Les Mis US tour just a few months ago and now she's on Broadway! She's so sweet. ❤ And a great actress and singer too! ~:~
knowing that this show was in the same theater as Something Rotten (St. James), is anyone else looking for familiar rooms from Heidi's Renaissance Woman vlogs? Just me? ok.
During the John Riddle interview, all I could think was 'Kate Reinders and Heidi Blickenstaff's window from Renaissance Woman!' I think I've watched too many Broadway.com vlogs...
Olivia Larsen I've never actually read that story as a book but I've hear it many times and I've never heard it takes place in Denmark. Maybe it does idk but I'm just saying, just bc the writer ciles frol a country doesn't mean the story he writes takes place there. Also disney took inspiration from that story to do frozen but it's disneys story and they have said frozen takes place in norway.
I remember seeing Ayla sing Ring of Keys on the 4th of July two years back and thinking "wow, that girl is going to be on Broadway someday," but like I didn't expect it to be NOW.
IVE BEEN WAITING SO LONG FOR THIS please show as much as you can of what it's like backstage please! I love seeing the workings of the musicals I want to eventually be apart of
