It could be described as a slightly buttery parmesan. It resembles an asiago to me. Overall, a very stand alone cheese that pairs with wine as well as an IPA or tripel style beer. It would add depth to a simple parmesan sauce with tagliatelle. Cheers 🥂🧀
Thanks for sharing! Haven't tried cooking with the various cheese (probably outside of my knowledge - shall leave that to the pros) but might be something I'll experiment with.
