Cincinnati Chili recipe
𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
2 lbs ground beef (85/15)
1 chopped onion
4 cups beef stock
15 oz tomato sauce
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (it will be spicy!)
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 bay leaf
1 package Spaghetti
4-6 oz Colby/Cheddar cheese.
𝗗𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
1. Boil ground beef and onion for 30 minutes in a beef stock.
2. Mix spices with tomato sauce and add to your mixture. Cook on low for 1 hour.
4. Remove bay leaf. And blend with hand mixer until you will get desired consistency.
5. Serve over hot spaghetti
6. Top with Colby/Cheddar cheese.
