I feel kinda sorry for you that Cybergun/WE released a gas blow back airsoft gun with all the sufficient trade marks in late 2017. I've JUST ordered one and was looking to see if anyone had luck refinishing their magazine as it's parkerized and SHOULD'VE been blued. Just like yours in this video. Is your magazine made of metal?
Hello!! Thank you for this video! I've being search here on you tube this very same subject, that you came up with! Finnally!!I read on a replica gun forum, that metal replica gun can be blued. And at that forum the guy even explains this. Did you ever tried, or did this? Blueing a replica gun yourself?? I only will work with replica guns for my self, and I also want to try to do some modifications to replica guns (never to fire real ammo,of course!!) but I do gave only tiny information about this. Do you know where I could get more here at the Net?? Thank you in advance!!
Why do so many people just put the fully assembled guns down and just spray over them as if they were a single part!? *TAKE 'EM APART BEFORE PAINTING FFS!* Moving parts could otherwise reveal unpainted portions and make it obvious that it's just a cheap ass airsoft gun that's been painted! My gold-painted AK-74 springer I had when I was 14 or so years old looked AWESOME coz I made sure parts moving along other parts wouldn't stick together from just painting the whole gun and eventually chip each other's finish's edges! At least u were bright enough to remove the grips instead of trying to cover them with tape as I've seen some other people do.
remember, this guy is using the guns for display only, not for actually shooting shit, at least he never mentions actually shooting shit. But yea, using it as an actual airsoft gun, then sure
