Nowadays there is a trend of shadow jobs, where in teams with low head count for the amount of work, managers will create fake job alerts just to tell their team head count will increase to keep them motivated. Even such jobs are being listed which are never going to be filled. So for this year don't negotiate on salary and don't switch till things get better. Software jobs are over saturated now. Most mncs are not giving zero to very low hike and bonuses to their employees. So, work hard don't get disheartened and keep salary expectations low. You can switch or demand more salary when things get better.

Crack internship till you get a job and gain experience . Also to get internship take a backdoor entry by contacting hiring manager of startups directly on linkedin( watch my video for detail advice). Rest for job you will need atleast 5-6 referrals to get 1-2 interviews. So work on it. Dont get dissappointed, its a marathon that takes 5-6 months not a race. Given the time for fresher it will take even more so work on yourself till then through internship and grow skills.

No problem, you have proof of payslips from their main account right? Also if possible do write a mail to your manager and your hr to ask for confirmation on your start date, last working date and total years of work done in company. And use it as experience letter in next job.

Aah its not so easy. Its take 2 weeks - month to hire someone. As it takes 3-4 interviews rounds at different levels. Sde2, sde3, managerr, vice president or hr round. So in case of non walk in hiring, process takes 1-2 month
Bhaiya I am new on your channel and I am also want to become a Frontend developer and I am fresher final year BCA student and learned frontend development from 2022 and make contributions in open source like hacktoberfest and make good projects and I applied so many jobs means if I applied in 20 then I got a assessment in 3 - 4 in them but after submitting assessment they not response back. My aim question is that how a fresher get job in this field if he have a relevant skills in frontend and experience in frontend development (not work experience). And what is meaning of experience whether it is a project/learning experience or work experience. Firstly if you have done bca, you should definitely do mca either online mca or weekend days college mca. Because that is the minimum requirement for a good job. Since you already know frontend, do internships through internshala or linkedin to get industry experience. Then go for a job. Job will not pay more than 20-25k per month due to bca but will help in experience
Dont mention end date of degree hustle mention start date. If a recruiter asks for it specifically then state that you have not received it, it will be shared in 5-6 months. But still some companies may accept it and will wait but some may cancel your offer letter for job. So try your luck and meanwhile keep on building resume with internships and also clear degree and also give interviews every month just for experience
Yes was busy in switching my job and some personal goals. Had to take time off. But i came back to share my knowledge of 5-6 months of job search with everyone even it if helps a bit that serves my purpose
