Hi Arian, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is currently pursuing my Doctoral degree in Psychology. I was researching your business grant to support my clinical practice and I definitely think you have a strong argument in your favor. Only 4% of psychologist in America are African American, this has GREAT clinical implications for people of color. I am doing my dissertation on Black maternal mental health and my findings already support a great need for targeted services and representation in the field of mental health. Keep pushing sis 💗💗 we stand with you.

Great episode, Arian Simone. Surprised you chose Clifford "Tip" Harris as your first guest, but I am glad you did. You may want to file to handle this case outside of court. You may also want to have the women who have benefited from this fund testify as to how this fund has helped them, their families, and the community. If the Fearless Fund is a non-profit created to help a certain segment of the population, like womens shelters, etc. and helps lift women out of poverty, it is a necessity and not something they should be able to stop. You are in my prayers, and I pray that his will be done in this situation and that it works in your favor and in the favor of women.

I agree that the results feel different when you take your own money and invest in your dreams. I have a doctorate degree in social work, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My focus has been on intergenerational trauma, and it's sad that we are still dealing with racism today. You are absolutely right that most businesses that are specifically for Black and Brown people are the ones that don't make the cuts for funding especially if the focus is on real change and not maintaining the status quo. However, God places things on your heart for a reason, and he also opens doors of opportunity. I am a witness to this. We need to come together, and we can do so much more united! Get back to embracing our community how our anscetors did. They stood together for us to make it this far. What would it take to get us on board and stick with one another like our Caucasian counterparts is the question. If you think about it, they hold one another down regardless. Keep pushing toward the dream and social justice✨️🙏🏽 🩷💚🩷💚

#reparationsmustbemade. I don’t see how they’re going to undermine the process. Especially at incipient stages.
