I have a hoop shelter like yours over my boat, the hoops melted this summer !

I made the hoops out of aluminum electrical conduit, so they're holding up well. Plus I'm in western NY, so no oppressive heat here...

How long did the actual deck painting take for each coat?

Hi James, it's been a while, but I think I did it in two coats a day apart. I think I spent about three hours per coat.
