A wonderful new episode Sarah! I loved meeting Casey from Port Fiber and learning more about the gorgeous Cashmere People yarns. And it's so good to be whisked away to your beautiful cabin in the wilds. So many incredible woodland spirits. I especially enjoyed the inquisitive moose and the lynx!!!

Thank you for sharing Casey’s story. I have seen her at Spa in Maine, but never knew her story. I will visit her shop the next time I am in Maine

Beautiful video! I wanted to come and spend some time at the cabin knitting with you and hiking and throwing the frisbee. Thank you for sharing with us. The story of the cashgora yarn was so interesting and I appreciating thinking about how people are connected around the world through the love of fiber.

Beautiful relaxing video! Thank you for sharing your wonderful nature filled life with me. I lived in Northern Minnesota for a few years and never saw a moose. Everyone around me has but it is something I’d love to see in the wild. Just not on the roads!

I had to pause at 32:35. The timer on my oven went off, and then you said, "I just heard a beep." Don't worry, that was just the rolls finishing baking. That interview was so enjoyable! Thank you!

Sarah I am so inspired every time! I think the best way for me to comment on your videos is to make a list as follows: moments that made my jaw drop: Trail cam footage. Night sky time lapse (so awestruck). The wall of cashgora. Knitting on the porch swing. Your Da Crofters Kep colours are the best I've seen. And you Roots & Shoots pullover is going to be insaaaane! Ok, that's my list for this episode. Thank you so much for your content and sharing spirit. Hope you are having a wonderful Memorial Day long weekend down there in the USA. :)

This was a fabulous podcast! The wildlife footage was great, and I zeroed in on your interview with the shop owner in Portland. We have an active"Fiber shed" community here in Western Ma. and it was wonderful to hear about more of the work folks are doing to promote yarns produced in sustainable ways. I recently visited the Harrisville Mill and purchase a skein of "Peace Fleece" for socks. You have motivated me to plan a trip to Portland. Thank you for all the work you do on these podcasts and your efforts to spread the word.

Thank you for a wonderful podcast. I have just discovered you, and it is incredibly wonderful to be able to follow you both in the forest, at the cabin, and on your adventures around the world with both photos and great interviews. Is is of course also exciting to see your knitting prosjects in progress and when they are finished. I would like to make a correction to this episode. It is possible that this has been corrected in later episodes, but since I have not seen them yet, I am looking forward to😃. I just want to inform you that Hillesvåg yarn is from Hillesvågullvarefabrikk in Norway. They are based in just north of Bergen, here they both spin and dye the yarn.

Hi Sarah, The Gentle knitter mentioned you in one or more of her episodes. The other day I remembered her podcast but forgot the name of her RU-vid channel and then today the name just popped into my head and I went straight to her podcast only to discover that she hasn't made an episode for more than a year. Please update me if there is any info on her podcasting future. Thank you ever so much. Carol.

Dear Carol, if you are instagram I know she posted about her condition with shingles in her ear. I think for now she is focused on healing up. But I will pass along your interest in the podcast.
