Guys, i really love what you do. Lots of ppl look up to you. I personally was very inspired by Label's speech at Amudim. I'm asking that you guys please keep your episodes clean and cut down on the profanity. I promise you that you will increase your viewership tenfold if you keep it clean. There is literally no reason to drop f bombs.
Oof that's a stretch imho. The babysitter one was much funnier and "inspiring" and honestly just hearing the guys chat is more engaging than this. Granted - I may be biased by the guest.
Great pod. Really appreciate Leah’s openness, and willingness to share what she felt comfortable sharing. I gained a lot from this conversation and grateful you all took the time to make it happen.
Thank you Leah for coming on and sharing so vulnerably and openly. CPTSD sucks.Been there done that I'm with you. IFS and EMDR yesssss.Im so sorry for what you have been through. And you inspired me.The Balei Tshuva part.True growing without the bells and whistles.Pulling yourself up from your bootstraps and choosing Hashem every day and a real connection even when you have every right to be angry and hate.Choosing healing and growth. As a fellow survivor and thriver I get it. All we get is hate and judgment when in truth we are true Balei Tshuvah.Hanging in there every day and trying out best. Thank you being one of the yummy Jews that make me smile and proud to be a jew.
Leah is a bright light in this world. She exudes brightness, joy, kindness, beauty and integrity. Thank you for allowing her to share some of her light with us.
absolutely incredible. i have more respect for leah than i do for many frum adults. her level of self awareness and accountability balanced with pride, passion and self contentment is truly remarkable. agree or disagree with her opinions, but her self development and character growth is impressive and worth emulating
Huh? Whats self aware about it and who cares about your self awareness. Keep it to yourself. What does it have anything to do with vomiting yourself out to the public.
@@michellelansky4490 what's self aware about it? maybe watch like the whole thing again. and honestly- why should she keep her story to herself when shes on a podcast for that very specific reason lmao. how ab keep ur own opinion to yourself at least shes getting paid for sharing hers. u just sound sad :(
@@tehilaweiner4675 actually you got that backwards. She just sounds sad. The situation sounds sad bec clearly shes as she is bec of some real child abuse of various sorts. Thats the saddest of all. But when before the advent of 'online social media' were people vomiting their emotional guts for the public. And you brought up a significant point i hadn't even thought of. The 'FOR MONEY' aspect. As far as self awareness. Im not denying that shes into her own self awareness. Im just saying why do other people need to hear about. If you were normal youd be dealing with it with the private people in your life not an audience of strangers, but once again....FOR MONEY.
i didnt say she’s doing it for money but at least she’s being paid to share her her story which people clearly want to hear. no one wants to hear your opinion and that’s why you’re not being given the platform to share it lol. if you don’t want to hear what she has to say why listen to it? eleven thousand other people wanted to hear her inspiration gtfoh lmao
Lemme make something clear. Somebody commented that shame on that you didn't experience a nice Torah life, an added shame on you. It is not a shame. Shame is when something is wrong. It's not wrong. It's a pity sometimes that we have such beautiful good talented men and women that can enhance everyone's life but go through a rough times. Torah is beautiful and so is a modern art but if you don't understand it then you don't like it. Very understandable. I wish you all 3 the best.
Shout out to an amazing podcast once again for bringing up important topics and having the conversations we must have.Thank you for all the awareness you spread and bring to Klal Yisroel.
Dear. Leah, May you have much Bracha and Hatzlacha in Bringing Mashiach! You are passionately compassionate. You made a point about religion and narcissism that they go hand in hand. I, too, gave the idea a lot of thought and came to an understanding. First off, religious narcissism is wrong. It may cause deep trauma that hurts more than any physical pain. However, as I pondered the reality of hierarchical community abuse, a question arose; why would an elderly Chasiddish Yid/ina appear outwardly to be enmeshed with the community when inwardly they are selfless? A fantastic answer came to light. Indeed, too many individuals bully to force mirrors. However, there is a higher purpose for people to seem as though they are similar, and you embody the result so beautifully. In a Chasiddish community, there are young and old mature and childish. The former and latter do not necessarily mix, creating a conundrum. By keeping the immature in a box, their offspring, family, or acquaintances can survive until they can detach and carry through an emotional birth. Elderly individuals who are mature and healthy still keep up appearances, not for themselves, but for their grandchildren who were born to their immature adult kids. Hashem has beautiful ways of loving! Though it is complicated, he is the one with a master plan which includes all his children. May you be happy and healthy!
Um. Many Jews who are religious blatantly speak loshon hara, aren’t 100% honest in business, etc. “Don’t judge someone just because they sin differently than you…” Everyone struggles with something else.
Not every situation calls for kiruv. This has nothing to do with right or wrong. This is about perspectives and pain. No point needs to be made and no conclusion needs to be arrived at.
@@moishyeisner4939 I get wht you say with one caveat: if you DISTORT clear psulkim in the Torah you must be corrected and cslled out for it. And this is whst she does. Maybe to quiet her guilty conscious, or for whatever reason... She obviously and a s attested by her has had an emotional break doen and decided to go lose and break all laws... that is her choice and between her and God, but she cannot go and bash yidishkeit in public and twist around and distort clear Torah statements, and not expect a response thst she is dead wrong on it
@@Mk-vd9qs Mislaibeled isn’t a podcast that sets out to be educational by nature, so to hold it to the same standard of accuracy as a shiur would not necessarily be called for.
She is nebech so twisted and distorts clear Torah passages. Its her choice not to observe the Torah but that is NOT the meaning of "kol yom yehu beinecha kechadashim"!! Total reverse of the meanjng!meaning!! What she does is whst the Torah refers too as ,:" ree, nasati lefanecha es hachaim ves hamaves, es hara v'es hatov, ubacharta bechaim" " I gsve before you l8fe and death, good and bad" and you have a choice, yet teh Torah asks of you " ibacharta bechaim", chose life and good... everyone has a free choice in this world yet the Torah asks of us to chose thr good and tochose to observe thr laws,
@@ruthkrevsky3631 Disagree!! When someone is TWISTING and DISTORTING facts aboit wht the Torah states, this is called Twisted in plain English. She chose it, noone else. If someone is twisting around verses, thrn it will be pointed out very clearly ehst it is. No games here. NOTHING hateful aboit pointing out and calling out what was distorted and teited by HER. To bash Judaism and ha the Torah states just becsuse she is in an emotional turmoil, THIS is hateful, not pointing out wht was teited by her!
