Hai bro hope u doing well and ur podcast writing and implementation is simply superb so addictive so motive when I'm listening the podcast it's like my brother saying all the things (actually I don't have a brother) from now I feel like bother and if u don't mind can I call u as Ajay bro And I need some help that can do please do one podcast on *Extreme Ownership* book in Telugu so that it can help to all the people to take correct decision-making at any situations Sry to introduce my self ChandanKumar here K then thanks Ajay bro that a lot to make some people change their minds sets and behaviour on several aspects it's been nice while msg you I feel like my own brother.
Ajayyy love all your pods but their is others side to army ... corruption, power struggle,no cast difference but army did replace cast with rank and that mug you spoke about is still in my home as a remainder to all the real struggle our dad had and those memories instantly turns into respect for all the army personnel .And I can bet that then the people who worked in army their children who grew up in that environment are more open and accepting for anything life has to give ...we change our house, school , friends and comfort zone every three year,we learn new languages quicker then our parents,we travel north to south with bright smile and finding new friends and family for few days inside the train compartment,we know how cast system works in each state but don't give a damn about it ,we live away from our parents and we bare the uncertainty of whether our parent who go back from leave will return home or not and even in this 5g generation we can hardly speak to our parents as they are put up in a rare edge of the country with no network and their is so much I can share anyway my final say was army personnel can not go on a strike and thats why they get third gread medicine ,low quality groceries ,bad food and even after retirement it's tough to find a good hospital and the right doctor. Finally in your terms army also is in grey not in black or white.
