Going to watch this every day this week - to keep motivated to do my exercises for full knee replacement - so I can hike again. I really appreciate these videos.
Did you already have the knee replacement, or are you doing exercises to prepare for it? I might need to get one done soon -- just not sure when it becomes medically necessary to have Medicare pay for it.
@@lindaselover2536 Prep for surgery. Medicare might want you to have tried Physical Therapy, shots, - you can probably google to find out. I am in a lot of pain - bone on bone - using a cane and have had 3 doctors say it is time. Surgery has been approved.

Oh, what an absolutely glorious trek!! The aspens! The aspens! I miss those-and the CO mountains so much this year since we weren’t able to make our annual trip back home this summer (live in WA now.) Thanks for sharing; yes, could almost smell the air-does my heart good!-not that the wilderness in WA isn’t awesome too-😊🤗💕-oh-and what a serendipitous moment with the blue jay!😉
I hiked segments 11, 12, 14 and 15 this summer and it is so nice to revisit them watching your video. Fall foliage makes it looking even more spectacular. I am so lucky to have done this. A true blessing given current circumstances. You guys rock!
Spectacular views. Thank you. I’ve only be doing 1,000 feet of elevation during a six mile hike and that is work. I cannot imagine the 1,000’s you all climb every day!!!

Those aspens -- like having your trail strewn with gold! Good to see Google and Mary Poppins. I have not seen her since she finished the PCT with Hurlgoat Hiker, Cornelius, and then they did some other trails too. Happy Trails.

Enjoy yourself in Salida. Was there about 12 years ago. Fell in love with the town. Wife and I are making plans now for a move to Colorado. Salida was on our short list, till this past June. Have been out there past two summers, Salida has really changed. Hard to describe, but way to liberal, in an angry kind of way. Making the move in Spring 2021. Still love Salida and will be there for a week or two to reevaluate weather we can spend our golden years there. Love the vids and you gals stay safe.
Those falls colors are absolutely amazing so vibrant. Fall is one of mt favorite seasons because of all the leaves are changing. Also, apple cider and cider donuts are in season.

I so admire you ladies. The hiking you pull off is amazing. I am feeling so serene! I was wondering how fast you need to walk to cover 13.5 miles in a day?
We've been trying to do 17 miles or more each day and we figure on a 2 mile an hour pace... plus/minus depends on terrain, but that's a good guesstimate.
The colors are so beautiful Ohhh I am going to look for that Necafe Try soaking the fig bar in a cup with some warm water and see if it softens enough to eat with a spoon like oatmeal You gals might want to watch weather. Trying to ot sound like a troll... what do you use for a camera? I think it's time to upgrade...The new gopro9 has GREAT image stabilization and much better audio than previous versions.....
