Thank you for answering my question! I agree with every pet peeve you guys spoke about 😂 slow burns are so painful! I also think I prefer plot-driven books over character-driven. When an author goes very into detail about a specific character, it can feel like the story is taking too long to get somewhere. John Marrs is AMAZING at writing books with frequent plot twists. I highly recommend The One and What Lies Between Us. I also don’t love when books have too many POVs.

My next question for you guys is, what is your dream environment or location to read in? On a beach, in a snowy cabin, in your house in the rain, etc.? Do you like having ambient noise or silence when you read?

I have a sticker issue. I hate having them on books! It’s the first thing I do after buying a book - remove the sticker. The worst is when it won’t peel off easily! 🤦🏻‍♀️
