Jeffrey Dahmer is strong in the psyche of James.
James came to MKE to visit Shakers & Hangman Tours as we are known for our Cream City Cannibal Tours and because he was willed to do so in his dreams.
Imagine if you will, a man obsessed with Dahmer to the point of reshaping himself to look like Dahmer, act like Dahmer, Have dreams of being Dahmer and grasping each tidbit he can find to morph onto Dahmer at the Ambassador Hotel while in town to see Marilyn Manson.
Ironically, while this man was transforming, I was giving a Ghost Tour to
Manson and the band at Shakers. Nice folks.
Well, this young man came up to Milwaukee from Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Dahmer of course came to Milwaukee from Ohio to taint our landscape.
While on location in June 2021, an area resident, Langston, drove by several times, stopped and chatted us up. He clearly had a tale to tell about Jeffrey and his victims.
Apparently Anthony Sears was his friend as was Richard Guerrero, both of whom succumbed to Jeffrey Dahmer and perished in the Oxford Apartments which used to stand upon this ground.
Langston also speaks to the stench in this apartment and how he removed his kids whom were visiting there.
There is a profound sense as if in a Cemetery which I comment upon at this location.
This is the teaser for a body of work we will be producing this year on Jeffrey Dahmer.
The actor portraying a detective, is an actual retired Milwaukee Police Detective and was the actual cop who finger-printed Dahmer after his capture in 1991.
Caution.

We proposed this many years ago, either at the site of the former Oxford space, or along 2nd st., which was Dahmer's primary hunt zone. The City was adamant that no monument be erected, nor would be allowed to be erected. If the last Mayor had his way, all evidence and record of the murders and the damage to the families that this monster created as well as the collateral damage to the City would have been removed.

@@shakersmilwaukee7489 I would plant a garden there. Like some flowers, or rose bushes some sort of foliage. Just to at least make it look beautiful to cover up the horror of what happened. I also understand that no one wants to even have any memory of what happened but what about the victims? I’m sure they wouldn’t want their deaths to be “buried” because of how gruesome it was. They were the ones who died and I feel that they should have some sort of beauty in place to where they died

Most of his victims were drugged and drunk , he really didn’t give them a chance to react to their feelings. They didn’t even have their intuition activated due to being drugged up. Sad they never seen it coming, he’s a monster.

There was a serial killer named Dennis Nielsen in London who was almost EXACTLY like Dahmer. And they were killing during the same time. Both targeted young gay men and boys, murdered them, kept the bodies to be with for a while, then cut them up and disposed of the bodies - but saved skulls etc. they both say that they did it bc they “feared being abandoned”. Weird, no???

I believe his story because after fact checking I see that his date matches the day that they have listed for Anthony Sears death which was March 25th of 1989. He mentioned something about meeting for Easter and Sears never showing up which means the family had to give them this date as the date that their loved one was missing.

This will never be a park and shouldn't be. I can't imagine children running around there. It's still very morbid, at least for me. I just finished watching the Dahmer Netflix series and I would hate to even live near this place. To all the young men that died here, rest in peace. Aside from Dahmer, the people that really anger me are the police, specifically the 2 so-called officers who were called to the place and did nothing for that poor 14 year old Laotian boy. The department kept them employed when they were unfit and it's inexcusable. The department itself could have saved more lives but chose to ignore calls about what was going on in the building and it's a sin.

perhaps they should use that sight for a billboard of missing men and women who may have also fell prey to a predator of such a nature. Drug addicts alcoholics prostitutes and lonely people are prime targets for these type of criminals who exploit others who have weaknesses . And mind U some are sober as the day is long and could still possible except a ride falling prey to a stranger with a dark triad eating up there soul. There are no free lunches these days unless U visit a community center and if you are lonely go to a library or the nearest church.

Hello, the Oxford apartment complex includes several buildings. The one Dahmer lived in and committed the atrocities in, is the one the City of Milwaukee demolished. These building in the background are the surviving buildings of the same complex.

Yes, the building is still there, however, Club 219 is long gone. There is a new bar there, owned by a woman who claims to have had no idea of the history of the bar, or the association with Dahmer. Our Cream City Cannibal Tour covers all of the former gay bars on this block which are all since closed.

Why not make a park/memorial for the victims as a tribute? There's different ways of constructing this.

Anthony Sears was the 5th victim killed, not the first. The first victim was Steven Hicks in 1978. Also Anthony Sears was killed at Jeffery’s grandma’s house but the preserved remains of the skull and genitals were kept at his apartment.
