For those who think that Kelly is very gaurded and she needs to open up..You must remember this,kelly khumalo is always attacked by us the people that watch her ...Shes been dragged for too long so how do you expect her to open up when the very same people shes opening up too are the ones waiting with knives ..no matter how many times she tries to defend herself shes pulled down to the ground so now shes realises that the only person that she can rely on is herself ..
Then she must stop doing interviews.... interviews are about opening up and giving us a side onto we dont see on social media... if you cant do that just post Instagram stories. no need to come on a whole show and waste out time.
Honestly speaking MacG is a GOAT of Interviews.. this interview turned into a crignefest after he asked about her Sister and he kept it cool and going while Kelly was in defense mode all the way.. I can safely say, no one can interview like MacG does .
I still love the voice, she's the only artist I don't care what she's doing on the side... I just love her music. The moment there's controversy, I normally stop listening to someone but she's the exception

Kelly was like this on the reality show too. She's very guarded coz people have beeeeen bullying her. This was better than the 1st. People want abo Zodwa and Khanyi and not everyone is like that.
I feel like MacG really came gun blazing this time around. Everything that made him uncomfortable on the 1st interview, he managed to address it in a fun way. Nice and shot...I actually liked it.
I personally think that Kelly should close the chapter of doonginterviews. This episode really didn't give anything at all. It sounded like one of those radio interviews with alot of PR answers.

Guys please be kind to her.... we made Kelly this guarded and she deserves a break. I'm reminded of the story of the woman at the well when I see Kelly... John 4:4-26. I have read it a dozen times and watch time I understand it differently. There is so many layers to that story and the most important lesson is no matter how far gone you think you are, Jesus is will ALWAYS meet you where you are. The mess at is not for the perfect Christian and perfect non Christians... it's for the one who are totally broken. Jesus will meet you where you are and shower you with all the love you lost and the love you never received. He will respect you and honor your existence where it seemed like for the longest time you felt invisible. His love for you is reckless and enduring. Nothing you ever did will stop him from running after you without rest.
She's happy and it took a lot for her to finally heal. I'm genuinely happy for her. When you know her story, you'll understand why she does what she does.
We cannot judge Kelly khumalo on anything her authenticity is amazing. Forget the accent forget her stage name enjoy the interview. Learn something from it.
Being a public figure cannot be easy. And then going through life in such a public way cannot be easy!! Then having to deal with some people who are opportunistic, leeches, and being choosy about how and when to be vulnerable does not sound easy

When she said not losing yourself i felt that. So many of the comments saying she is too guarded and aggressive but i see a strong assertive woman who just sets boundaries for the energy she wants around her and what she would rather not entertain. It's just that we are so used to being way too intrusive as humans.

Yo MacG this one was a tough one from the get go! Listen, you know you’re dope MacG, from the first interview with Kelly - I actually felt like she was relaxed and although guarded - still open. (I wanna rewatch and compare actually) Auwa today, I can even hear ka English how performative the interview is going to be (well considering how she did the reality show and the album being out - makes perfect PR sense) I’m 5 minutes in imagine 😂 and where she said “can this be about me?” I was like oh oh but let me continue watching and see. PS. I think you’d kill BET BEHIND THE STORY.. BET must do something waitse Mac G! Or better yet, the Podcast must just hit our TV screens 😐
Kelly the flip flopper! In one of her interviews she mentioned that she will never allow Jub Jub to be a part of their son. Now that Christian has got some daddy issues, she is singing a different tune! Also, what’s up with the fake accent manje? 😂 Great talent though, that you cannot take away from her!

podcasts are great because you get to see people have conversations about their life experiences. This is not a conversation at all. If you want to talk about surface level things then honestly we have mainstream media for that.
