Well the gauss rifle has been in both energy weapons' and small guns, since it some games just depict it as a physical shot while other's don't. Though it is shooting a physical projectile in fallout Fallout 2 (Fallout 2 was the first appearance of the weapon) and Tactics and Fallout 4where it is affected by the small guns skill , where fallout 3 and New Vegas count it as an energy weapon. Though either way it is counted as a complex weapon so it dose see more use by people who use energy weapons.

This feels like a great Fallout TTRPG. Feels post apocalyptic. Jacob does great ghoul noises. 5 Stars.

Hey, you guys probably know that, but think that there's something wrong with the VoD. There were some parts that looked 'cutted' and the very end green screend. Very fun game nonteheless ^^

In the setting im making that is dnd5e + fallout, shotguns and guns have the 'point-blank range' property, that removes the disadvantage for range weapons at close range, rifles and big weapons do have disadvantage since is harder to aim t someone near with that kind of weapon

Not even as a meta thing, in our Apocalypse World game I have a character who (thanks to some session zero shenanigans where it was determined we would all get some unique move, based on the whims of the dice gods with our characters) can walk into what seems a perfectly empty room and search it, coming out with a bunch of useful/barterable things, though if he doesn’t find something there just isn’t anything to find, even if it seems like a warehouse full of stuff if he doesn’t find anything useful/barterable then all of it is useless ruined junk, not even useful for scrap. Very double edged sword of an ability…but since his average is two successes (of a possible three each roll) on that move, it rarely goes bad.

I've never had the pleasure of playing a ttrpg but I love watching the content. That being said I would commit several crimes to be able to play a Fallout ttrpg. This looks super dope.

Rad Death is death, Ghouls aren't dead people

Ghouls arnt zombies...they don't die then become a ghoul ..they become ghouls through excessive radiation exposure..some people die (they don't turn into ghouls there just dead) some people turn into to ghouls and retain there faculties (some even gain abilities) or they become ferrule (some go from having there faculties to becoming ferrule over time) ...there's lots of info on ghouls but somehow almost none of it really explains the ghoulification prosses. Guass is energy weapon but it's ballistic damage is strong in the games because it benefits from both sources of perks and it dose damage to other creatures...

Now that it's been said I do see why people would associate Marshall with mister Tumnus.

funnily enough ferals didnt exsist ghouls were never zombies they were just called that. the 3rd game introduced ferals and in doing so they made the anti ghoul people have a point that at any time ghouls could just lose their shit

I have one suggestion, if you care to hear it... Please introduce all characters at the beginning of each game. This is the first one of these I've watched, and I do plan to go back and watch the previos episode, but right now I have no clue who these people or who their characters are.
