I am in a LDR , but he just broke up because he thinks I dnt respect or love him enough , he is a good man , I have flaws nd I know I try , because of the relationship I am working on myself cos I hvnt dated fr over 4 years until we met on last year September…. He makes it look like having a misunderstanding is much of a big deal that he keeps saying it takes away his peace … nd times he forgave nd moved , I think he kept holding those grudges ,he never really moved on … I love him still but I m trying to move on , he feels his love is nt being reciprocated… but I see two different people who express love differently…… I just want to know if at some point you people had a misunderstanding or disagreement or even fights nd how did you fix it … cos I blv someone who really cares won’t b selfish to want to opt out at every given chance because he feels his peace is threatened…. Yet claims he loves the most

Hi Candy, thank you for sharing your experience… true every relationship has its uniqueness… but it definitely takes two to tango… misunderstandings and fights will always happen,,, However, someone who truly cherish what you share or have going on will understand that it is the two of you against the differences and not the other way round… It’s not fair to be in a relationship where one of you feel like the only option is to break up… or feel the feelings ain’t mutual… intentionality is required from BOTH sides to make things work. Have a honest and open dialogue with your partner, expressing your concerns and listen to theirs,,, see how you can meet in the middle… This is how we handle our misunderstandings… I hope this helps… 🥰wishing you all the best!
