Pastor Todd you did a terrific job in explaining how the reformers didn't have a much a luxury of examining the issue of dispensation like we do. Sadly however, instead of love and patience between brother's in the faith ; pride and arrogance doesn't permit for honest discussions between brother's.
Hebrews 9:28 Jesus will appear to those who are looking for him at his second coming, this is the next time he comes for the church at the end of the seven year period. Revelation 1:7 behold he comes with clouds and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him. These are two more comings that haven't happened yet at the time of this post, but they will, so Jesus has two more comings to fulfill.
Revelation 22:18-19 Jesus may never blot your name out of the book, but he didn't say that we ourselves couldn't do something ourselves that would remove our name out of the book, and the proof of that is Revelation 22:18-19. This is a "self inflicted" removal of your own name from the book.
Revelation 13:7-8 not everybody's name is in the book of life, Jesus for knew who would receive him, and who wouldn't. So based on the foreknowledge of the choice he knew we will make he didn't put some people's name in the book of life.
