I feel blessed to have found Shenelle and Seda at the Bariatric Rewrite Academy. I'd hit almost 1:06 6 months post op and stalled. I've now worked with them for 3 weeks and am down 7 pounds but more importantly I've learned cleaner eating habits rather than smaller portions of the take out and junk food before surgery. Learning the importance of real food not ultra processed foods has made my journey much healthier. Looking forward to what they will teach me in the coming months.

I watched Shenelle for a few months while researching bariatric surgery and made the decision that she was the right coach for me. Since joining her group she has brought so many resources to my attention like Dr. Weiner where i learned about how the surgery changes the metabolism and bodys natural set point and Vera who made me open my eyes to the fact I yo yo diet because i am a food addict. Im just at the beginning of my journey but i feel like i have a lot of tools and resources to make it a successful one now!

I cannot imagine my life without Shenelle. My surgeon left me with very little guidance after surgery. I found her and she gave me all of the support I was lacking. Shenelle isn’t just a bariatric coach. We instantly created a friendship and she makes me feel like I’m not in this game alone. She motivates me when I can do better and celebrates me when I have successes. While I am not a food addict, that doesn’t mean that I don’t sometimes make bad decisions and she’s always that bug in my ear telling me I can do better. She helps me through every step of the way in my journey. I cannot imagine my post bariatric life without Shenelle and the bariatric rewrite academy.
