Yes, I loved that answer. Although I observe the wind and so forth, there is nothing better then spending quality time outdoors as a family.

Absolutely! I got a chuckle out of that message and I know my dad would have as well. Those hunts and memories were worth far more than a deer. I know he realized that and this message is a great reminder for those fortunate enough to still have them around. Thanks for using that question. These are the real world topics that separate you from the rest. Great job fellas!

I agree about the mascanthis not coming up the first year. I thought area was to wet or something. I planted 2 years ago, and 75 percent came up this year.3rd growing season. Unfortunately I chem. Burned one area out last spring to plant annual. But everywhere else looks good. Patience is a life lesson worth learning!

Boy you ain’t kidding about the difference in rain amounts, I got enough rain in the last week to take my area from severe drought to moderate drought in South Central KS. Within 4-10 miles of my farm had 3-7” rains and I ended up with 2.22” in 8 days which is a lot for my area, I heard a guy I know say NE KS has already had 40” of rain in his area for the year so far, my average yearly rainfall at farm is less than 25” on average!
