The daughter had to prove she can accommodate the Dad. And there are two things here . 1 To host her dad in a hotel or her own place which is not possible. The daughter only option is 1 and base on her income then the clearance officer will consider that. The other issue is for the Dad to prove that he will return to Ghana. The bar to prove that will be high because of his past immigration history.
Please issues of this nature shouldn't be discussed on air due to its sensitivities. Interpreters are all over working with the authorities. Thanks. UK based HO personnel.
All UK immigration Do and Don't are on the www.gov.uk the problems is most Ghanaian don't like to do their own research. I do help people to travel to the UK but i direct them to complete a THE CARE AGENCY training course on line which cost £85.00 then you get own certificates. However, most Ghanaians do not want to through the SLOW pace of acquiring a genuine visa.
They should get immigration lawyer and the Lawyer can help him. He should go and stay there. His daughter can use her mom’s address if she pay rent there but his father should go to the house when he get there
It's not as simple as you are saying. He needs an immigration lawyer. Even though they cancelled the asylum when he got married and he has a daughter but the way he was deported, he has to get a lawyer to do the application for him.
