Halona visits Megumi and invites her to join the Uniformers. It seems she is still concerned about Urara. In an aggressive attempt to recruit her, they engage in a fight. Megumi gradually finds herself cornered by Halona, whom Jinki calls the "chosen child of the Uniformers".

I love how in the other fights the uniformers deal 3 to 4 damage in a row with no damage triggers except this one.

Damage triggers are rare in D series, except when they don't work...now ain't that funny?

my favorite nation in cardfight vanguard are dark states and keter sanctuary but maybe I should give a try on dragon empire as well

granted we dont see the drive check, but Megumi definitely could have guarded the vanguard swing, she had 3 triggers in her hand, even with the -5k, thats still a 1 to pass, and then another 20k of guard between the units in hand and the G2s on field. Edit To Add. yeah, she literally threw this fucking fight, she could have guarded, survived the turn, drawn, and persona rode, giving her at least 2 cards to work with.

Thematically? Yeah, Uniformers are kindof like that. but ingame? Stride Deckset: Messiah. We got a Link Joker encounter rideline at least.

D series is technically a different universe altogether. The Cray timeline is the same(just 3000 years later), but besides that, everything is different, so technically, the characters from the previous series dont exist. I mean, OG vanguard had the motion figure system, and G had girs and much more advanced tech, none of which are used here so it'd be weird to say they exist bit not the tech...

halona deck just cancel the power increase of trigger unit right but there effect still work right

Yes, you still draw with draw trigger(and over trigger) and heal with heal trigger, but power won't increase for any unit regardless of trigger, so against that effect you only want heals and draws... the rest are useless

@SuperSayianWarrior of course, that's a given, but when defending against it, you want heal, draw, and/over Triggers

@drakeredgrave6747 yeah, providing that Omni didn't draw or SC the OT then bind it, I mean it's a Dark States deck, it'll SC the OT at some point in its lifetime

@SuperSayianWarrior while, yes. However, I meant for the effect since draw and OT would let you draw and heal would, heal(duh), even if they are bound, you still get the effect...also even if the soul charged the OT, they can soul blast it and bind it...

if only lilypichu could probably Collab with Karin kagami in her RU-vid channel since Karin kagami is the voice of maho from D4DJ first mix and now she is urara's voice actress which will be going to make a vanguard fight video or maybe lilypichu might play vanguard dear days with Karin kagami since it didn't happen too bad because not most people had discovered the game vanguard just yet and what vanguard needs is support too other people and love

in D-series? not yet... but mayhaps in another season when they get they Ok to use Encounter Ridelines. With Phantom Blaster Dragon and Dragheart, Luard available.

There are units resembling the clans, there a some that look like gold paladins, shadow paladins and the cloud knights are basically royal paladins design wise. But no actual encounter clans used...
