This week's episode focuses on the BJCP provisional beer style, New Zealand Pilsner. I was fortunate enough to gather 8 homebrewed recipes that had won medals in various competitions across the USA and UK. The style sounds like a wonderful blend of a crisp german lager with fruity hop additions.
Note there is an error on some of the slides in the videos. Whirlpool hops were used in 50% of the recipes, not 1/3 of the recipes I have stated in the video.
