Made it to the end. So enjoyable having the podcast in the background, but more often than not, I stop my listing or shipping, just to give the show my full attention. Don't know why, it really isn't necessary, but I find myself doing it anyway. Now on to Ep.37. Getting very close to real time. I wonder if you aired the Trashy Awards yet...hmmm... Thanks, boys. Hey guys! Just an idea. I live near Pikeville, TN. Fall Creek Falls State Park is about 40 minutes from Crossville. My husband and daughter both work there. There are conference rooms, outside shelters, and group camps. The lodge with the conference rooms is new (opened in January), but the rest is rustic. No better views in the state. I would love to have you guys here. Check the park's website.

Are there any parks, or any "conference rooms" in any of the hotels in the area that you'll be in? You can also contact a local pub/restaurant/bowling alley, that offer "party spaces". You just have to think outside of the box and then Google those words😉

Ya'll need to actually check out Mel at Back from Burnout. She's almost as scatterbrained as David but with a system to control it. She only does books, but she's always motivating and uplifting. And her Shed is pretty great too.

Good show guys! We have a bowling alley that might be great for a meetup! Not sure how the audio would be if you are wanting to film? Also have a few restaurants that might work but we may need to reserve. We also have hotels that may have banquet halls, State and city parks (Going to be hot) so not sure that would work. Let me know if I can help.

By offering and having you accept it they don't have to pay immediately. Sometimes they just don't have the money today, but they could be hoping you ship it before they pay which you should never do. You can click their name in the offer and check their feedback as a buyer and make sure they have I'd say more than 30 positive with no negative until you're more comfortable. Hope this helps!

@@paulybpicker "...30 positive with no negative" Since it's been nearly 20 years since sellers could leave negative feedback that's not a terribly useful guide! Someone making an offer that matches the BIN price should raise immediate red flags as it makes no sense. If they wanted it they could just hit the buy button! These offers are usually the prelude to some scam involving complicated shipping requirements that end up with the seller transferring cash to the 'buyer'.

@@MrPaulMorris Wow you have to be rude about it dude, I've literally had multiple times when selling video game related items people would make an offer for the same price and just not pay until a couple of days later to basically reserve the item with no prior messages. What was it Justin was selling? So because I was replying quickly with my child in my face and I accidentally typed "no negatives" you're going to be like that Paul? What did I do to you? You made me cry Paul. Like you really told me off and exposed my whole "fake negatives" scam I was trying to pull on Justin here. You brought for real tears to my eyes you big ole meanie. Justin, please forgive me for trying to have you spend literal "years" looking for these "negative" feedback even though it seems in your thank you that you understood exactly what I meant. On a serious note Paul is right...both of us. MIND BLOWN, Paul vs. Paul...this Sunday, Rumble in the Trash Pit... Reseller vs. Reseller. -Mike

@@paulybpicker New sellers are often targeted by scammers and this case would be especially suspicious as the buyer has zero feedback. I rarely use Best Offer on my listings (although I do send offers to buyers) so have never come across offers being used to hold an item. We learn something new every day.
