Correct the new sock and rip out the toe and re-knit it 1/4 longer.... you will be happy you did it and it will take like an hour! Thanks for sharing, beautiful knits as always! You should reknit the toe of the first sock. You can just knit 1/2" of the blue before starting your toe decreases. It won't take long and then you'll have 2 socks that fit and match. Just my opinion. Happy belated birthday.
I love the idea of knitting smaller items while working on a sweater. When I knit a hat, it gives me a bit of a break from the sweater 🙂 Your birthday sweater looks amazing and your spin cycle acquisitions all came in very pretty colors. I saw those linen quill minis too and thought about it 😅. I hope you have an awesome two weeks! 🙂

Chelsie, I made a basic raglan with Tukuwool DK and love it! It has softened up after each wash, no pilling! I, too, tend to choose a size too big, ugh. I'm jealous of your travels to Scandinavia. Happy Birthday!! The Calliope looks so cozy! I think I am figuring out that I also love the look of mohair but not so much the feel. Love the little pops of colour the corrie confetti gives. I have a SQ of the peach and grey colourways. Need to get to them ASAP.

Hi Chelsie. I just turned 77, and I came to America when I was 14 years old being born in Israel. I wanted a girl’s bike when I was a child in Israel, but my parents could not afford buying it for me. My Dad had a 26” bike and I had to learn to ride under the rim and accomplished it falling tons of times. My daughter told me not to ride a bike when I told her I want to ride a bike. I took my daughter’s advice and that will be better and safer for me. Take Care. 😊

Are you filming with a short focus filter like portrait or someting similar? Its hard for me to watch when my eyes have to change focus all the time when you move due to the short focus window. And I was just wondering if it was possible to film with a longer focus range? Like I said I really dont want to seem disrespectful, I really love your videos but right now I have to listen to most of it and only look in short stops to help my eyes. ❤
Good question. I don’t really understand cameras that well so I’m not sure I can answer that. I use cinematic mode on my phone so maybe that’s the problem. I can try using the regular video mode next time. I’d switched to cinematic because I thought it was staying in focus better. And I don’t think you were disrespectful at all!
