My favorite part of the entire series is the scene where James strings up his family's murderer. Not for the gore or torture... But for the nervous reaction of Ben as he's listening to the sicario scream. You have to remember(spoiler), Ben knows full well his involvement in Alpha teams' deaths and also the deaths of Lauren and Lucy. In this moment he knows that James will not stop. Ben knows that eventually James will get to him.

Taylor reloading the shotgun with eyes up was totally legit. Professional actor shit right there.

The very 1st thing I said to anyone after I was done watching the entire series was that scene of Taylor reloading in the corner of that room.. & how you guys kept the camera on him! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THAT MOMENT! & the fact that they covered him.. BRO! So bad ass!

I have resisted Prime until now. Only Jack's series could cause me to flip the switch. Jack, please make sure you use first time Prime conversions as a metric of your success. I'd wager that your show will be number 1 in first time Prime viewers. Congrats to you and team.

My wife is starting to wonder why I need a second copy of yet another Jack Carr book.

Agree to that. Watching actors operate AR variants correctly nowadays is already too common but seeing Taylor Kitsch's way of manipulating the Shotgun correctly particularly the Beretta 1301 was absolutely astounding. A lot of us sport shooters not only operators are very particular with these scenes. So thumbs up with Ben Edwards with operating the 12 gauge most especially the slug sliding for that precise head shot. Kudos also with Chris Pratts' handling with the pistol, very realistic. Awesome guys. Cheers!

Why does the list of names on the back of the drawing switch from horizontal to vertical and back and forth thru the series?

Thank you for explaining the in memorial card, as I wondered who it was and tried in vain via Google search to find anything. My condolences to his family.

Was that Jack as the assassin operator in the second or third episode that Reece reversed his truck into?

One thing I noticed was the Ammo for the Echols rifle was not Barnes TTSX 300 win mag as it was in the book. At least it's not what their current packaging looks like.

Interesting tip of the hat to seal team 6s red squadron. They are said to have carried tomahawks for "breaching". I imagine they have many uses in those type situations. I'm also assuming they were of similar design to the ones on your banner and in the show. Were they edc for other seal team members?

Obvious differences but some left me scratching my head. When James takes him out why is he still alive in the vehicle after it crashes as opposed to the amazing headshot in the book, where its so painstakingly described as a lights out shot. Not sure what was gained by the series version of this. I still enjoyed it but just cant help but wonder. A lights out shot in the series would almost have been more impactful (Pun intended). 🤣
