same, truing 15 next month. Great Grandfather was a state trooper, killed in the line of duty. Law Enforcement is very near and dear to me. already looking for collages.
I got OC sprayed and tased for my job as a Corrections Officer. They both suck, but at least the tase is over in 5 seconds and doesn't linger for hours like the spray. During my taser training, we were held up, we weren't placed on the mat. But the taser hurts like HELL!!!!! I also did DT and redman.
My sister was about 12 or 13 yr olds and she went in our brothers girlfriends 👛 and found mace she thought it was something else and sprayed it all over herself lol I went in the room and I about died my eyes I couldn't keep them open my nose was running I couldn't stop coughing then the guy pulled up to set-up the new bed lmao he walked in and out he came he got sick he said what happened I said my sister maced herself lol he said OMG he had to come back another day.
7:13 I was shot with a tazer and it didn't have that effect on me. It didn't hurt. My chest got swoll, that was it. I still had normal bodily movement. I was assaulted on the public transit system by another passenger and while defending myself holding the attacker down without hitting, I got tazed in the back by the RTA Police Officer. They had to take me to the hospital to have the pins shot in my back cut out by the Doctor. I wonder if they have a video of it since it's been 7 years ago?
The oc for me was the worst thing I’ve ever experienced I reactivated for 3 days after being sprayed it is hands down the worst thing I’ve ever ever felt
I have been tased and sprayed before and would rather get zapped twice than sprayed once. I handled it well enough but it was the worst pain I have ever experienced. Taser was awful but was over in a few seconds, OC lasts for hours and re activates again if you don't get it all off. Felt like someone took needle nose pliers and grabbed hold of my retinas and twisted. The facial burning was no big deal just the eyes. Just don't panic and keep telling yourself you will be fine and you will be.
THAT ITSELF IS BAD, BAD TRAINING TO TELL THEM "THERE'S A LOT OF PEOPLE OUT THERE TO HURT YOU". SOON AS THEY ARE OUT IN PUBLIC, THEY LOOK AT EVERYONE AS AN ENEMY TO THEM AND THEY WILL AFRAID OF EVERYBODY CONSTANTLY. THEY ARE ALWAYS IN SELF DEFENSE MOOD.
Funny how they supposedly go thru all this harsh & thorough training just to end up like all the police violent drama from recent years.....i hope these new batches of recruits come out better.
The real thing is tazer will damage your nerve sistem so you won't feel the pain...but hitting yourself also give the same affect... cause our body will evolve according to your surrounding BIG BRAIN!!!!
