I loved all your knits. Especially the Flower Cardigan. It will look really beautiful in your chosen colours. Even the cardigan you are wearing looks nice.
Hi, Kristy! I really enjoyed your episode and immediately subscribed. Thank you so much for mentioning our little RAL! I’m so happy you’re joining in the silliness!❤
I recently came across your channel and I love it. I have been knitting for more than 60 years but one always learns something new. I wanted to see the finished Champagne Cardigan and I’m glad I did. I don’t like the very oversized look either so I’ll make mine a size smaller than what is recommended for me. Thank you.
Happy Belated birthday! Oooh. Im so excited to see how your flower cardigan progresses! I really want to try colorwork this year and I have that pattern on my list. It is so beautiful. 😻 I’m almost done with my first cable sweater (Dorney), last summer I did my first lace top… trying to build my skills. Monogamous knitting only works for me when I need to power through. Or sometimes on a trip. 😊 The last books sounds so intriguing. I might have to get it. The plot sounds somewhat similar to a book by an Austrian author called (translation) The Wall. It’s about a woman who visits her Aunt and Uncle at their mountain cabin. She’s very tired and goes to bed early. When she wakes up, no one else is there but the farm animals. She tries to drive down to the village but realizes there is an invisible wall between her and the rest of the world. She seems to be the only living person behind it. It’s very eerie but fascinating how she survives.
Thanks so much!! You should definitely make the Flower Cardigan! It's so much fun. I'm going to check out that book...it sounds really interesting, thanks!!
The original is called Die Wand by Marlen Haushofer. I don’t know if it’s been translated into English. But there is an English version of the film by the same name with one of my favourite German language actresses. It’s definitely worth a watch!
