Hey, about the airport layout: although the idea of a runway is really cool, I think you should just opt for a taxiway instead imo. This is why: - there is no taxiway between the ramp and runway right now - more planes and placement of tugs on taxiway is more realistic - more space for greenery - you can still give the illusion of a nearby runway with signage, markings and lighting Hope you understand, but whatever you choose to do in this matter, it will still look impressive!

I dig your addition to the hospital but I'm not sure about your helipad placement. Helicopter in particular need a good approach and departure path. This typically need to be the taller point with less obstructions. you could always move the pad to the taller building or have the buildings be closer to the same size, with one maybe only being a little taller than the smaller one. Just something to consider for more realism.

Thanks! And true for most, but not for all - Banner Hospital in Tucson has helicopter pads on the lower / shorts children’s building, compared to the main hospital tower (as an example)

Just out of curiosity but why don't you make your trains 8 studs wide? I know a lot of other builders who make 6 stud wide cars and trucks make there trains 8 studs wide because it is more accurate and makes everything have a better since of scale, since trains are wider than trucks and cars in the real world. Always appreciate feedback! We made it that way to stick to 8-wide. All of our other vehicles are 6-wide, so we didn’t want anything too large

We don’t sell parts - it’s cheaper for you to buy the parts on bricklink using the parts file that comes with the instructions!

It’s different for everyone, depends on where you live, taxes, stores you use, shipping, etc. use $0.17 x number of parts for rough estimate of builds in the US
