I agree with you... na masaya... we absorb moretalaga because we learn in a fun and enjoyable manner (ika nga). Literally fun napa hahaha nga ako :) napanood ko na si Dean sa review class.. super love the way he teach... Sana ganito rin ako ka fun sa future mag explain at nang mas mabilis maunawaan / maintindihan ng mga tagapakinig :)

Paano po ung tax sa isang OPC? If example, if ung nominated nominee at alternate nominee is ayaw po mag.continue sa negosyo, can we amend it?

sino po ang pwedeng i-nominate as corp secretary, nominee, and alternate nominee? Would it be possible to designate as corp sec ang spouse or any member of of immediate family, same also with nominee and alternate nominee?. thank you po.

paano po kaya yung saamin. Nangungupahan kami sa townhouse tapos required kami ng lessor na mag bayad ng association fee. Saamin pinasalo. Tama po ba ?
