Spencer: How are level-funding and partial self-funding related? Specifically, are they the same thing, or is level-funding a type of partial sf, or viceversa?
@@SelfFunded For your #1, is it even possible for a group to be self-funded without stop-loss coverage? Like, legally speaking? If it's legal to do so, then I'd imagine there must be some cash minimum in the bank or set aside to pay any catastrophically large claims.
