I would like to say thank you very much Marc! Your vids are inspiring and the content is at the top level. I haven't injured my knee but i can evaluate the value of that video. You have done a great impact to the society who has ever been injured. With your positive mind and examples of what you are doing to keep in shape, I'm sure that you remains the icon of the sport and a person to look up to. Oh man i was still in a straight brace and not allowed to bend it at week 12 after my pcl/mcl injury. my knee is getting there at month 7, just about where you're at month 2 in this video. You are lucky you had a minor tear, count your blessings it was such a short recovery

Wow, what grade did you do on your pcl and mcl? Any anything else? When I ruptured my meniscus in 2014 I had to do the fix brace thing for 8 week no weight bearing.

Hey mate, how many days per week did you do this workout?... another question if possible answer, is there exercise to simulate and intense the strangth to down the center of gravity while send it? Tks

@@giu.kitesurf normally 2x / 3x a weeks depending how my legs feel. Sorry I don’t understand your second question.

I am wearing a knee sleeve here for my workouts. On the water, I ride a CTI knee brace.
