Oh man i was still in a straight brace and not allowed to bend it at week 12 after my pcl/mcl injury. my knee is getting there at month 7, just about where you're at month 2 in this video. You are lucky you had a minor tear, count your blessings it was such a short recovery
Wow, what grade did you do on your pcl and mcl? Any anything else? When I ruptured my meniscus in 2014 I had to do the fix brace thing for 8 week no weight bearing.
Hey mate, how many days per week did you do this workout?... another question if possible answer, is there exercise to simulate and intense the strangth to down the center of gravity while send it? Tks
