We all seem to be assuming that Leeds will sell Summerville and/or Gnonto to get the funds for any purchases. However the club may have decided that they are not looking to buy players but get loans in. Rodon was on loan and in the past White so there are quality options available in the loan market. While the club has said funds will be available they may have already designated those funds and only be looking to sell fringe players to help with PSR rules. The Red Bull deal may have changed all the dynamics behind the scenes. So we will have to wait and see but I do hope that some fans don't start with the slagging off just because there has been little or no movement.

I think the transfer window will be slow until after the Euros. Obviously, they will wait to see if players' values rise on a good tournament and of course injuries. Much like Leeds will be looking at cheaper options to replace Gnonto and Summerville, I'm sure other clubs will see them both as cheaper options to what they've got.

No offers, yet. There's a long way to go, and I feel clubs/suiters believe they could wait it out, in the hope they can steal away players. I do have a feeling, if we can get rid of the loaners, that could stem a bit of the alleged PSR issues that are being peddled. We wait though, which, as fans, is crap as days become weeks as Euros being more important, I guess..

If we had won the play off final there would have probably been lots offers for Summervile and Gnonto but they failed on the big stage.

Joseph missed his chance at the start of last season due to injury after impressing during preseason. If he misses out again due to playing in the Olympic Games it surely draws into question his priorities and decision making/advice being given by his agent. Maybe he is putting himself in the shop window? Wouldn’t be surprised if it backfired due to him picking up an injury during the tournament.

Hello 👋 Ger it's a pity Matty Joseph comes back when the season is due to kick off 😲i hope Daniel Farke does start putting him in the first team from the start it will be a big blow if we don't sign Joe Rodon fingers crossed 🤞 we can get his signature 🙏. I still think Summerville and Willy are on there way it would be marvellous if we hang on to Summerville if not get as much money 🤑💰 for the two of them as possible 🙏. For me its a domino effect - I think the Euro's and also lets not forget Copa America might play a big part. Injuries, transfers in and out and so on. I wouldn't discount FFP if the Premier League clubs can be bothered with that - a few might have to sell first even Chelsea - is anyone believes that. I also see us being in the market to the same players as the teams that were promoted and relegated. Think it will be a difficult window but not because of a lack of funds.

So fragile windows aren’t they? It’s like the 9 square puzzle from a Xmas cracker which has one space and forces you to move things in and out of the space to solve it. (Can’t buy til we sell and clubs play a longer game when the sales might be on) Internationals rarely do us any favours at any time and the giant shop window is open. Even the Rodon business has a bear trap under it in the form of Levy. Like sensible Leeds fans I don’t believe the raindrops miss everyone else to hit us but geez - we spend a lot of time wet through.

If Joseph doesnt go to olympics then it looks like Farke has agreed that he will be considered as starting or at least 2nd option striker.? I believe the club can stop the player from travelling? I would think only do this with his agreement.

If Joseph's priority is the play for Spain at the Olympics, the 49ers must get another 9 in for the pre season and the season start. Can't rely on Joseph's return. He could get injured?
