2 questions. Where did you get your template to mark where to put the hours at?? These marks you used for the hours where did you find them!?!? Love them!!!

Oh sorry, I missed your question. I took this stencil for watches in my city, in a store for creativity, they sell all goods for watches. If you can't find such a store in your city, you can try to find a workshop where everything is cut out of PVC, they can help.
