I really love this couple, Sherilyn and Finn, so humble, so down to earth, and hardworking and simple, asmwell! Been a follower since Finn's first video and meeting Sherilyn til now, just a silent viewer. God bless!
mansanitas is very good for kids, we grow up eating mansanitas and we don't have any illness like highblood and diabetes, also plant bougainvilla in front of your house its very colorful and they love sun perfect in your location.
SHERLYNN's unique contributions to the new home have been plenty. She's truly been a great partner for Finn. 👏👏👏 [Minor feedback: not luving the frame of the new glasses. Not complementary to her colorful AURA. But not judging her too much. BEAUTY shines from the person's character, after all. 😍 ] We ❤️ FinLynn!!!
Damn.. that view in your house is so amazing.. imagine waking up in the morning and seeing that amazing view and in the afternoon watching the sunset on your swimming pool.. whatta life.. both of you deserved it finn..
So admirable how your mind works, Finn! You've almost thought of everything, being prepared for what might happen. Loving the tricolor lighting on the house (Sherlyn's input), her creativity being displayed, adding a woman's touch to the house. All in all, very happy to see your lovely house (nest) is nearing completion. Take care guys and your not human family always. Have a great weekend!
Chilling at the villa...The opening shots show just how far you've come... Very happy for you both...So much work involved in this build...With super results... Enjoy and thanks for the update! 🙏🙏🙏 👍😎👍
Yes, vetiver plants are good for slope protection. They are used in road construction at mountainous section. You seem to be very knowledgeable in engineering works, Finn. Nice house.

House is coming along nicely. The ideas of covering the gutter with netting and the use of epoxy grout for the swimming pool - we learn these from your vlog, Finn. Very good idea on the gutter cover, Sherlyn! Thor looks truly magnificent with his size, such a big dog! Laya looks like a sweetheart indeed. Take care you, guys.
Gutter guard has been around for decades in some countries. Used a lot in Australia (the home of gum trees) which shed leaves, bark, limbs and any other piece of junk the tree can throw at you ALL year round. It also helps as a bushfire prevention tool so you don't have dry leaves in the gutter during bushfire season.
It’s going to be a neat home. You put great ideas on how and what to build and put around your home. Coming around great. ‘So proud and happy for you Finn & Sherlyn. More power and blessings to you two. You deserve a very sweet home. ❤️👏🏼✊🏼🙏🏼😘❤️
Nice to see the nice progress on your home. Also the conservation efforts with the trees. It’s going to be an amazing home when complete. What amazing view from your location! Beautiful!!!

Waste water from air conditioner ( or condensate) is not safe to drink at all as it contains bacteria especially Legionella. In fact, many Legionella epidemics in hospitals, motels and cruise ships are attributed to this source. However,it can be used in landscape irrigation or to water plants.
@@FinnSnowVlogs I thought you said the water was going to be available for the birds and the dogs and plants. It is good for the plants but not for the birds and the dogs.
@theswabbie30 = Good point abt the bad water from A/C. Legionnaires disease is no joke, spreads fast, and could have long-term effects for some. ... I'm also respecting Finn's openness to experienced people's comments. (Others are not.) Finn is smart but also listens very well -- making him SMARTER still! 🤔
Love the pool, great choice of colors. A lot of people here choose dark colors that make the pool look dirty or full of algae. Really coming together, I’m excited to see your home completed shortly. God Bless
And absolutely beautiful dream home and it’s going to be amazing when it finally starts raining and everything turns green and Sherlyn gets her one dollar view 🤍from the beautiful pool
Great video to watch as always. Beautiful simple life playing with the dogs and eating with them ;-). The pool almost done can't wait to see fill up with water in two weeks. Looks so dry hopefully rain will come soon. Love the color of lights.
Looking good. I’d like to suggest you have frequent inspections of the gutters. Over time, there may be an accumulation of debris which can render the gutters less efficient. We keep our gutters open, no screen. That allows for us to have the gutters cleaned by hand. A bit tedious, but only needs cleaning every month or two.
My home here in Hawaii is all white....hard to maintain but still luv it because it shows all dirt that needs to be cleaned promptly to avoid bigger issues!😅😅😅😅😅😅
Along with their love for each other, for nature, etc.,their love for their animals is so impressive to me. They have provided safety, loving kindness' to those poor creatures who would have starved on the streets. They share their space and riches with God's four-legged creature and for this quality, they will receive the loyalty and love only these pets can give. g
Beautiful home. The only thing is that massive window glasses are very vulnerable during strong typhoon. I've seen same design to the resort near our home but it all shattered when we had typhoon with strong wind. There are many flying objects at that time like branches, pieces of roofing materials and everything. After that they limit the glasses of thier window. Just be careful there if there is typhoon. Stay away to glass window.
Watching from the eastcoast USA 🇺🇸. I am a subscriber & always eagerly waiting for your videos! They’re amazing, educational & also shows how down to earth you both are. Sherlyn seems to be losing weight.. hope not. Take it easy and God Bless 😊
Wow. Thanks for the update of your beautiful house. Almost finished, only a little touched & you where there...the successful building of your dream house. It's God perfect time & He planned all the Best for you both Lovely Couple. Hello Jake..he's getting handsome now & Thor is bigger . But there are 2 Aspin around. ✌💖
I love every thoughtful detail of your house. I wonder if you plan to install a (sprinkler) drip system for watering the plants so you don't have to water it one at a time with a hose. Sprinklers that spray water everywhere isn't ideal cuz you'll be growing weeds and wasting water but an irrigation, drip system would be so helpful. Glad all the doggies had a cameo!😊
Good morning! I am one of your avid "fans". Congratulations and please keep us updated. I was wondering where Sherleyn's brother lives? I feel he is so helpful and can be trusted. Thank you.
When there is an El Niño, it is actually very rare that there are typhoons in the Philippines. Unfortunately, the weather pattern is now shifting to ENSO (neutral weather), and will be shifting to La Niña in August or September, which is the most likely time for typhoons in the Philippines. Still, it is very rare that the central or western Visayas get hit by typhoons. Most of them track northward to Luzon. Even those that hit the eastern Visayas normally curve up toward Luzon rather than sweeping across. You also have to remember that most storms that local Filipinos call typhoons are really either LPAs or tropical storms or depressions (not enough wind speed to become typhoons). That isn't to say that the rainfall they carry can't cause a lot of damage, but they aren't typhoons.
When rainy season comes,, grass wiil grow quickly.and your place will be a amazing view with the greeny trees and grass. But little bit hassle muddy road.😅
