Epoxy Grout - How to use Epoxy Grout or Why to use Epoxy Grout.
Vitrified Tiles Installation is done in two ways -
Tile installation without gaps.
Tile installation with gaps.
When we do improper tile installation we ask :

The best way to install tiles is to install with gaps using tile spacers.
The gaps need to be filled. There are two options to fill the tile gaps :

Good information Sir...Sir, plz make video on services using in apartment like concealed water pipes, concealed electric wires, what if they get leakage after some years.... Even make video on drainage system, their covering ,materials used in it. We are facing problems after 10 years of building constructions

Earlier ms pipes were used. which tend to rust. In future this problem may get resolved as pvc, cpvc pipes will only leak from joints that too if not installed properly.

There is no other choice but to renovate the bathroom with cpvc pipes as earlier galvanised iron pipes were used. Since it is concealed, water leakage does not dry and so rusted faster. Cpvc pipes can handle very hot water also. Care must be taken to take pictures of the cpvc pipes installed so that when u drill holes to install any other fittings, you do not drill into the pipes. I just recently had to renovate 2 bathrooms dues to leakage. Third is waiting!

Good coverage as always but it epoxy grouting is not suitable for all types of vitrified titles. It needs double charged or similar as per my little knowledge.

I have one slab above another on the floor level in basement , due to this there is leakage of water in rainy season when water level increases and water is filled in the farm fields around due to rice crop also. Can we use this epoxy grout to fill the gap between two slab after filling with concrete. Would be very grateful to you. If not this any other solution

Hi sir,we have to planning granite flooring in balcony ,we take any waterproofing methods before installation of granite?(i.e in cement and sand mixture)

Granite is a good flooring option for exterior. Suggestion 1. Keep it rough so that you do not skid or is not slippery. 2. Ensure proper installation and it’s not loose when installed. If it’s loose may give water seepage issue.

We may have to scrap the earlier one if not done properly. Epoxy floor should not very thick in my opinion. It may crack later.

Thank you said, but I have a doubt. Ours is 5 floor building. Leaking us from 5thfloor. Mine is 2nd floor. I don't have leaking. Can we do epoxy groud as you said. Our builder has joined tiles without any space. As if safety it is better to do waterproofing of epoxy groud before itself

Good coverage sir but my problem is that our tiles are already fixed without spacers on our front terrace as we are in a pant house and in rainy season water seepage happens which is troubling our lower level people,how to solve the problem we need your guidance please help. Very difficult to comment without seeing. Try checking gaps and loose spots in tiles, clean and then seal them.

rake all tile joint use2 component tile joint filler or low viscosity epoxy as you have installed without spacer allow the saturation of joints allow to cure many brands are available online.
