I did a couple of message in a bottle vials for a fundraising project for work. Was looking for ways to stick the sand to the bottle, came across this video and I love it. I can't wait to try my own. Thanks Claire

Omg now these are truly amazing!!! This sort of craft it right up my alley and now you have seriously got me thinking of getting into resin. I love them all, and I loved both versions ResinAce made too! And having something wrong side up in the resin is a perfect tribute to the inspiration... In Sweden we had a month worth of rain on Wednesday this week and then since Friday it's been perfectly warm summer days so I long for long walks at the beach.

Missed your live again - mass at 6pm but OMG, how adorable are these little bottles. I love them and I have quite a few heart shaped bottles that would look cute with a beach theme in them. I might have to order some more resin though!
Love all three of them, they are so cute. I'm in the process of making a little beach scene in a square mould. I'm new to resin, only made a few pieces. The cube is my first attempt at suspending something. Hope it works out lol. Thanks for sharing, big hello from Scotland x
heyyyyyy lovely .. oh that sounds lovely ... I have had a few problems with the glass shattering in these so I wont do glass again ... this one didnt .. but a few more that I made did xx How lucky you are to live in Scotland .. xxx love it there
These are gorgeous and I love the idea. One question I have is how do you avoid having the glass crack? I have tried something similar, and each time the glass ended up cracking. Some cracked a day or two after pouring, others didn't crack until a couple weeks later.
heyyyy lovely ... yeh weirdly I have had the same issue with one ! only one ... i posted it out and it arrived broken .. but i have 15 mini ones sitting on my shelf and they havent. it could just have been putting the lid back on too soon for me ...
I have some little bottles very much like these. I originally bought them to put my childrens dads ashes in to do something in resin, but that's as far as I got. Do you have any ideas for ashes in resin, @Claire's Crafty Corner, either in bottles or otherwise, please? xx
Heyyyy Nutty ... so sorry to hear about your children's father x ❤❤❤ I have never added ashes to Resin .. but I would advise to add some colour as clear resin can go very yellow after a couple years x

Heyyyy Ann ... I believe this was Vista Cascade ... but ... I made 20 miniature bottles after this video and around 5 of them shattered but I only noticed last week. This one didnt so I don't know why some did and some didnt. I also made Potion bottles for Halloween and they are all fine ?? so I don't know if it is the sand? or what it is that is causing the glass to crack.
@@ClairesCraftyCorner I'm learning about a deep pour resin that we're trying today. I've only had one bottle crack with Alumilite "Amazing Clear Cast" resin. I color with alcolhol inks. So more experimentation I guess!
