EPS Not working in the car Volvo C30 C70 S40 V50 - Testing Volvo CEM _ Part 1 

I have this exact problem on a 2007 4842s11 engine.......The steering just went hard and i thought the pump was dead. So i bought a pump because i thought,- i have power and ground on the pump,engine is ruunning- must be the pump. itstill didnt work. I have since beenwaiting to get my hands on DICE or VIDA to run a scan because other VCIs dont show any error.
