When you quote "₹900 per sqft", does that include starter bars, walls, ceilings, roofs, reinforcements as shown, rough-in electrical as shown, plastering with concrete mortar using your own equipment on all surfaces, sand, cement, labor, materials with the raw (unpainted) finish as shown?

be carefull here in RD Styrofoam buildings often get quick massive filtration problems. best is have a overhanging roof avoid flT roof or terraces. works only good wiht liftet concrete base and metall roof best is still use collums and Vigas.

Maybe you should see in the Philippines construction that used this panel too..! they built the concrete structure first before apply the EPS wall...!

@@danielilmi7442 different companies have different methods and all are fine.. In this video we are not making any structure because it's only a ground floor house and rooms are smaller, for buildings we make traditional rcc or steel structures and use EPS panels for wall and slab work.

@@danielilmi7442 No, we have made high rise buildings and bungalows with this.. This technology is just the replacement of brick and slab, in place of bricks these panels are used and plaster with cement mortar.. It's upto you that you want to make a poor house with it or a million dollar mansion.

i noticed that these 3d houses dont have windows on four sides, is there a reason for this? for instance, the back of the house and one side of the house is always windowless. is this to cut costs due to the price of windows, or to strengthen the build?

Kindly watch other videos on our channel.. This technology is so versatile and it doesnt have any design limitations... It depends on the client where and of what size doors and windows they want.. There will be no loss of the building's structural strength.

Map approval completely depends on the state, city and villages.. In some states approval is mandatory, in some states not.. some states required but in villages not required.. So you have to check if your local authorities require approval before construction or not.

Depends on type of construction and requirements of the structure, generally we use steel meshes and tmt bars for reinforcements, and 2 layers of plaster.

Core material is only for insulation, strength comes from mesh and plaster, after plaster it creates thousands of micropillars in walls and thousands of microbeams on slab, that's why it's much stronger than conventional construction systems.
