I love my ET 47-60. I have been using for one and a half years. I filled the tank partially. Problem is I can't open the tank door. I've watched the video many times. I opened the lid and then I try to open upward. It won't budge. I'm afraid I will break it. Please help. Thank you.
I bought an Epson ET-2721and need to refill the tanks with ink but the ink is NOT flowing into the tanks.I have tried resetting the ink to default it just won't fill .....but it sure managed to run under the printer !anyone who can tell me what to do?
@@cassiejo8438 I was given my money back after sending the printer to Epson service; they said it was a fault that would Costa more then the printer was worth!!
Thanks Norma, for your question, I'm having the exact problem, I am wondering did your issue get resolved at all?... Please give me hope, I will contact Tech Support for assistance.
My front tank display has NEVER shown me any ink level, not even on my first ink filling. The print monitor says ink is there, but upon printing I get an alert that printing with low ink can harm the printer. Love the idea but the implementation has not worked well for me, ultimately. It has printed fine until now (2 years), despite never being able to see the levels on the front, but suddenly, no magenta or yellow and I've worked for days to fix. Apparently there is no power clean setting available for this model, to unclog the heads if that's the issue. I'm not willing to follow the youtube hacks involving disassembling and physical power washing -- something my disposable tank printers never "needed" to stay in working order. I want to save the money and not be feeding the landfill, but not if the product isn't going to be reliable. On the other hand, for two years, it produced pretty decent results.
I'm having the same issues with not being able to see the ink levels from the outside. I follow instructions according to these videos but ink on paper isn't the right colors. Very frustrating!
Hi! If you notice light or dark lines (or bands) on your prints, please consider the following: • Run a nozzle check to see if any of the print head nozzles are clogged. Then clean the print head, if necessary. • Make sure that the paper type setting matches the type of paper loaded in the printer. • Make sure that the printable side of the paper is loaded correctly for your product. • Deactivate any high-speed settings in the product software. • Align the print head. • You may need to refill the ink-- please check ink levels visually. • If you have not used the product for a long period of time, run the utility to purge the ink tones.
