Try cleaning the leak, if it continues you may want to get a new printer.

Ok, so I just bought it and I'm at the end of my wits. I get the ''See the setup manual to complete initial ink charging''. I did everything & it just won't go past that. Any ideas over what I should do?

You may need to lift the top of the printer and remove more blue tape. Sorry for late reply.

@@BestPrinters hi there Ive just refilled with ink and I can't see how to charge this on the control panel, I've looked everywhere and tried holding down the OK button for 3 seconds at the maintenance screen no joy really at my wits end!

Where can I find this printer in Milan, Italy, and how do I get its inks when the ink is finished and are the inks attached to the printer experimental inks only

This printer is garbage! I’ve had other brands that sell for half as much as this printer, although they use much more ink than this printer, they worked well and were much easier to use. This printer doesn’t have an USB port, has a tiny screen, and the print options are few. I bought it due to their advertising but won’t touch this product again.
