I have all my settings to what you suggest. However, when I go into printer settings (after I've already chosen the correct paper size at the top), there is another place to chose the paper size and only the standard sizes are options. I can't chose the bigger size there. So when I print my image, it's cut off. I'm using the printer driver version 12.62 on my mac with Ventura 13.0. I don't know what to do.
Bi-Directional and fast print should be turned off. Paper should be switch to plain white paper. If that doesn't fix the problem you may want to switch to a 105 sublimation paper.
@@lastmangoboutique3338 How do you turn off fast printing? I am also having major problems with it leaving a shadow all around my image. Can you please tell me how to fix it?
Do you have any suggestions for getting a red/pink bleed?? I’ve had the best success with plain paper setting making it go away but my black isn’t as vivid.
you'll have to go to your Mac system preferences then click printers, from there select the 8550 then click options & supplies then from there check the box that says "use generic print features"
@@Yshral Sorry to intrude here, I'm having the same issue, color matching and color settings are not to be found anywhere, can you shed some light? Thank you so much!
@@kimquintero6261 Thank you for asking, every time I update or change printer driver I usually restart just to make sure. I didn't restart then, I did restart it and all is good now, Thank you again.
Is there any way you could tell me how you work your designs in design space? I'm trying to print a 20oz tumbler and if i change my dimensions in design space to the ones i use for my tumblers (9.259 wide 8.3 tall) it won't let me get to the print feature to save it as a file in my downloads. Or if i'm just printing from my downloads how would i adjust the size of my file before printing?
