Very detailed way of repairing. i think its first on youtube. Some print head using normal jetting with syringe does not unclog. This method cleans at new level.

This was a very good tutorial and maybe you should do this for others and get payed for the help of cleaning a Epson L1800 head, I dont have a L1800 printer but I will get one for DTF...🙏

Hi This is Dinesh from Fiji Islands. thanks , very good your description , ive also tried fixing, i have a large format printer with a DX-7 printheads and also a Belqutette 4 station DTF printer but But DTF printer is clogged and could not fix without sucess , but for ,my large sublimation printer, now am trying much deeper methods bit like yours. a question Just how do you apply glue in very thin sections just around the nozzles, it seems almost impossible without proper equipment.

Nice video, maybe only 1 of this type in the internet. imagine that you have explaination step by step for it. But how can you took out the orginal layers? I had like 20 of printheads, but not epson, I think I will try this way.

Hello, thanks for the video, I really needed it, I have several questions, 1. what are the ink removers, Thinner, Isoprofilic Alcohol and car paint remover, could that be? 2. the use of 2000 sandpaper, is it done to the entire part that has glue and when doing so does the sandpaper not damage the individual nozzles? 3. Can I get the sticker on Amazon? Or what alternatives do I have to buy another different sticker from the link, it's because they don't send me to Colombia

Hello, For the ink remover, I use a paint stripper (gel type) fast acting. When applying you should apply it until the ink is completely removed. Then to remove the paint stripper, I used paint thinner and carefully brushed it to the applied area. Lastly I will put the printhead into the ultrasonic cleaner to completely remove the paint stripper. For the sandpaper. Sand all the area of the printhead that the adhesive will be applied just to flatten all the surfaces. It should not be damaged, just be careful and do it slowly. I am not sure if the product is available on amazon. But I will try to find it on other online shopping sites. If I find it, I will put the link in the comment section.

Hello, I have a DTF Epson L1800 and I am having a problem with it not turning on. The power on the back does work, but power the button on the front won’t come on so nothing works. First started with two buttons on the front blinking red, then I turned it off completely about 2 or 3 times then now it’s not powering on. Can you help?
